  • Begin using a quality facial moisturizer when you are young, around twenty years old is good. Moisturizer will make the difference between dull, wrinkled skin and luminous, hydrated skin. Well taken care of facial skin makes all the difference to keep you young looking.

  • The best beauty advice I ever got was actually 2 things instilled in me from a young age: always use a moisturizer (and nit just on your face, your whole body needs this treatment) and get a good night’s sleep (so you wake up looking refreshed).

  • Always remove makeup before bed.

  • always wash your face before going to bed and sleep 8 hrs

  • What you do with your skin in your 20′s will show in your 50′s

  • I always wash my face with a moisturizing cleanser just before bed…plus I strive to get 8 solid hours of sleep. It’s also very important to stay well-hydrated throughout the day. My skin will thank me! Oh, and don’t forget to use a daily moisturizer with SPF 30 sunscreen protection. (Thank you for entering my name in your contest.)

  • “Less is more.”

  • Always remove your make-up at night no matter what! It helps to get all the nasty stuff of your face and you start the next day with a fresh face. It helps with having a great complexion and your make up goes on better.

  • Moisturize — and wear sunscreen EVERY DAY.

  • Remove your make up and dirt completely before you go to bed./Drink plenty of water for your skin to be moisturized.

  • Always keep the skin clean!

  • drink lots of water, stop picking at your face, and always always remove makeup/wash the face before going to bed!

  • Don’t wash your hair every day.

  • Always remove your makeup before going to bed! I love all of these products!

  • I was not fortunate enough to get advice early in life. I learned sunscreen is the most important thing for skin care and keeping the ends trimmed on your hair keep it looking its best.

  • Always remove make-up before going to bed and “less is more”!

  • The best beauty advice I’ve ever been given is less is more-it’s so easy to go overboard with just one product so I’ve always kept in mind that there has to be a point where you stop doing your makeup!

  • 3 Steps for beautiful skin: Cleansing,Toning,Moisturizing

  • The best beauty advice I’ve ever been given was “No matter how tired you are, wash your face before going to bed.” The second advice I learned later in life was “Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize.” I do both, and people can’t believe I’m in my 50′s!!

  • When your skin is maturing has mine is, it seems that your whole make up regimen changes also you need to be so careful as what you wear make up and how you wear it. I never thought that it is so very important that you start toning and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. The problem is finding the right one for you. I have tried so many from every Sephora product to ALL make up counters in Major Dept. Stores. But, sometimes I have found the best products in my local drugstore. It is so funny that just once in a” blue moon” I get a zit (pimple) and sometimes it tells me I still have oils in my skin ! Yeah ! Have a wonderful day. What is the best product for 50+ women who have very sallow skin and discoloration under your eyes?

  • Less is more….more looks funny, that’s why we laugh at clowns

  • Never go to bed with make-up on and use a moisturizer daily.

  • Applying mascara and then getting it on your eyelid or below, elsewhere you don’t want it, I would try to fix it it right a away and make smudges doing so. Best tip I herd: leave it till it dries then it flakes off easy no smudge! :) )

  • Staying hydrated is very important. As well as getting an ample amount of rest and keeping your skin moisturized.

  • I would love the chance to try out these products, especially the lip balm, for myself. The best beauty advice I’ve ever received is to always take your makeup off at the end of the day. Day-old eye makeup is not the greatest idea for your eyes!

  • Best advice that I was given was to stay out of the sun or wear sun block!! :-)

  • I have always been told to use a thin eyeshadow brush with the fluffy part facing down to perfect my winged eyeliner, sticky tape is shocking to use as it messes it up and even though I have pressed my fingers on it heaps of times, it’s still extremely sticky! Forever helped me! :)

  • Drink lots of water !

  • To always line lips with liner to make them look full

  • nivea and coconut oil. They work wonders!!

  • To use a good SPF daily for protection from the sun, and stay away from the tanning beds.

  • During my teenage years, I was a chubby insecure girl. I’d been doing a little too much experimenting with really dark makeup. One day, my dad, (who isn’t really known for being very tactful) very gently Saudis , “Honey, you know I ALWAYS think you’re so beautiful, but I honestly think you are even prettier, when I can see your real face, all that dark stuff on it.” It was an important lesson, conference booster, realization & turning point for me, as a sensitive teenage girl! I’m so blessed to have an honest (and really brave!) father, who would consistently remind me that beauty wasn’t just skin (or makeup) deep!

  • Drink lots of water to stay hydrated!

  • Never get too lazy not to wash your face twice a day. I have oily skin and there are times I want to go to bed without washing my face but I know if I do that my skin will start having blemishes.

  • Always curl your lashes…even if it’s a makeup free day! And wear a smile! :)

  • Wash and moisturize your face every night before going to bed

  • I always brush my teeth and wash my face before bed. Even if I get home at 2:00am.

  • The best beauty advice I have received is twofold — one, drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Your skin, hair, nails, and overall well-being is dependent upon it! The second is to live well — this means being happy, smiling, laughing, and taking time out of your day to be grateful for everything you have. My mom used to always tell me that the most beautiful faces are the faces with laugh lines because it showed a life well lived. Maybe not everyone thinks so, but I certainly do!

  • I was told that in the shower I should wash my face after washing/conditioning my hair since the shampoo/conditioner can clog pores and cause acne. As a person who has suffered with acne since high school (I’m now in my late 20s) I began putting this into practice. Best advice ever – such an improvement in my complexion and I love the compliments too!

  • The best beauty advice I have ever been given is to use quality salon color on my hair … and to use purple shampoo to keep my blonde looking amazing, along with other SALON quality shampoos and conditioners!

This is good for aging. :)

  • “A person who has good thoughts cannot ever be ugly. You can have a wonky nose and a crooked mouth and a double chin and stick-out teeth, but if you have good thoughts it will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
    -Roald Dahl

  • Always wash your face and drink a lot of water! I’m only 18 and my skin is FLAWLESS because of these two beauty tips!

  • use colors that match your skin tone. . . blend with your face, not have makeup stand out!

    • I’m unclear about entering this, I would very much love to win/have/use all the products you have shown! The best, and most repeated advice was drink water, water, water! Oh and stay out of the sun but use SPF daily. I have always used waterproof mascara thus it was difficult to remove, I tried Vaseline & it worked like a charm and conditioned my lashes in the process! (For those who cannot afford the expensive stuff). I have always used waterproof mascara, thus removal wasn’t an easy task, I tried Vaseline to remove and it worked wonderfully!
