How To: Winged Eyeliner

When it comes to eye makeup, I believe less is more, but sometimes a girl needs a little something extra! Here are 3 easy steps to getting the perfect winged eyeliner.

Tools:
Liquid Eyeliner or Eyeliner Pen
Q-Tip
Makeup Remover

Using a liquid liner (I prefer MAC Superslick Liquid Eyeliner), start from inner corner of the eye, and gently drag brush along lash line (as close to the lash line as possible), following the natural shape of your eye. Repeat on other eye.

 

With light brush strokes, slowly draw the wing from the outer corner. Repeat on the other eye, making sure the angles of the wings are symmetrical.

Clean up the line by using a q-tip dipped in eye makeup remover, and swipe from outer corner of the eye to tip of wing.

  This is the least specific and most unhelpful winged eyeliner tutorial I have ever seen.
